Please go to App Store/Google Play to download the official update.
If you can't find the update in Google Play, please try the following:
1) Go to Settings - Applications - Google Play Store - Storage, and select "Clear cache".
2) Restart your device.
3) Go to Google Play Store and download the latest version of the game.
If the problem persists, please delete the Google Play update in Settings, restart the device, then update Google Play, and try to update the game again.
If you can't find the update in the App Store, please try the following:
1) Open the App Store and tap on the profile icon in the upper right corner.
2) Re-log in to your Apple account.
3) Restart the App Store and download the latest version of the game.
If none of the above methods solve your problem, please go to Setting - Support - Contact Us in the game to contact our customer service.
