You can make purchases through the in game store. After purchasing, you will receive a purchase order receipt by email from the app store provider.

Please make sure that you have logged in on your Google account and have associated a payment method with your Google Pay account. Once setup, you can click on buy on any RC or coin item and follow the in game steps.
