Harvesting on neighbor's farms
If you're harvesting crops on your neighbor's farms, you will sometimes see an animation to indicate you obtained one of those crops for yourself. Don't worry, harvesting those crops will not make them disappear for your neighbors.
Not getting any crops
If you notice that you're harvesting crops, but you're not getting any of them, it can mean that you've already obtained the maximum number of crops you can get from your neighbor's farms on that day. However, if you haven't received any crop from your neighbor's farm on that day, please try to clear the game data and cache or reinstall your game.
