You can only request items from each individual neighbor once every 24 hours.


If you still can’t send gift requests after the 24 hour period, please try the following.

Please clear your app data.  Don't worry, you won't lose your farm. Please follow the steps below.

iOS devices
Please close your game completely:
1) From the Home screen, tap the Home button twice. The home button is the only physical button on the front of iOS devices and not on the touch screen.
2) Your running apps will be displayed as images and you can swipe across the screen to find Family Barn.
3) Once you have found the image, swipe up the image of the app you want to close.

Android devices
Please clear your app data.  Don't worry, you won't lose your farm. Please follow the steps below.

1) On the Android Home Screen, tap on the Menu Button and then navigate to Settings.
2) Tap on Apps.
3) Tap on Family Barn.
4) Tap on Clear data and Clear cache.
5) After you have cleared the data and the cache, please try to start the game again.

Note: You can only send gift requests once every 24 hours from each individual player. The 24 hour limit starts from the moment a gift request is sent to a player.
