Please check whether your alliance territory is adjacent to your target Facility.

How long is the attacking cooldown of an Facility?
After the Protection Status is activated, the Facility will stay protected for 3 days.

1. If a Facility is available to be occupied, will its bonus still valid?
The bonus of a Facility that is available to be occupied will be invalid.

2. Is it required to build Alliance Banners next to the buildings to be attacked?
This requirement only applies to Facilities but not other buildings.

How do Facility Buff take effect?
After occupying a Facility, its buff will take effect, even when you enter another State during State of Power.
