1. If both your current state and target state have the event active, all progress will be retained and you can continue the event after transfer.

2. If your current state does not have the event active but the target state does, the event will begin after you transfer to the target state.

3. If the target state does not have the event active but your current state does, the event will be tallied and any achieved but unclaimed rewards will be issued.
