1. You can request Scene Fragments you don't own from allies.

2. You can only request 1-Star to 4-Star Scene Fragments.

3. You can make 3 requests per day, obtaining 1 Scene Fragment per request. Request counts reset at UTC 00:00.

4. If you obtain a Scene Fragment while a request for it is still active, the request message will be automatically recalled and the request count will be refunded.

5. If you leave your Alliance while a Scene Fragment request is active:

- If you haven't received the Scene Fragment yet, the request message will be automatically recalled and the request count will be refunded.

- If you already received the Scene Fragment, it will be claimed for you automatically upon leaving the Alliance, and you'll be notified via mail.
