When a State becomes a Leading State, it gets 1 Leading Emblem. At the same time, an entrance for Path of the Leading will be added to the State Transfer event page. Tap it to open the Path of the Leading interface. This screen displays your State's Leading Emblems and the unlock status of Leading Glory skins.
