Besides the regular Prediction Shop, there is also the Champion Shop. You can use your Match Stakes or Champion Stakes to redeem rewards in the shops. While the items available in the Champion Shop are subject to your State's level of development, the regular Prediction Shop isn't restricted by this.

Prediction Shop and Champion Shop will open on the day after the prediction events open. The shops will close at the same time as the prediction events.

You will be able to keep your Match Stakes and Champion Stakes.
