For both events, the matches are held in the same format, and the same buffs take effect. Tundra Arms League involves multiple Alliances in one Zone. A Legion can't participate in Tundra Arms League and Foundry Battle at the same time. However, it can participate in the next Foundry Battle after it is eliminated in the Tundra Arms League.
