1. Territory Bonuses will expire, and all alliance buildings (including special buildings) will be dismantled. All resources spent will be returned to the Alliance Storehouse. Additionally, excessive resources after State Merger will remain
2. Alliance HQ will be ready instantly after being placed in the new State. This feature is only available for alliances that exist before State Merger and whose Alliance HQs are removed due to State Merger. If both Alliance HQs in Icefield and Tundra are removed, then the alliance will have one chance in each area to instantly place its Alliance HQ.

The initial cap is 5, and the time needed to unlock each subsequent banner is as follows: 6th-10th banner: 2 hours; 11th-20th banner: 1 hour; 21st-60th banner: 30 minutes; 61th-285th banner: 15 minutes. The previous Alliance Banner cap will not be exceeded.
4. If there are duplicate alliance tags after State Merger, the tags of the alliances involved will be reset. R4/R5 alliance members can change the alliance tag once for free in Alliance Settings.
5. If there are duplicate alliance names after State Merger, the alliances' respective State Codes will be added before their names to differentiate them. R4/R5 alliance members can also rename their alliance once for free in Alliance Settings.
6. After State Merger, all Chiefs will remain in their original alliances, but the alliance territory has to be rebuilt.
7. Alliance Star Rating can be retained after State Merger.
