1. Make sure there are sufficient troops stationed at the key buildings on all routes and send timely reinforcements to keep enemies at bay.
2. If your opponent is too powerful, please do not hesitate to seek help from your alliance. Avoid using fuel to instantly revive defeated troops too readily.
3. It requires more time and fuel to travel longer routes. Occupying buildings in advance by taking shorter routes can give you an edge in the battle. Therefore, time management is crucial.
4. When you have insufficient troops and no way to retreat in an enemy’s building, please make good use of the dismiss function. You can gear up for another battle at the Bastion.
5. Appoint the most strategic-mind Chief in your alliance as the commander. There might not be time to read text messages during intense battles, so it is recommended to create a voice chat channel in advance to facilitate communication. Also, make good use of the Alliance Label to let your allies know your next move.
6. Make sure there are enough R4/R5 members in the battlefield so that they can appoint Guardians promptly. Chiefs with their squads stationed at a building can also appoint themselves as Guardians, but each Chief can only be the Guardian of one building. Shortcut is available in the bottom right corner of the battlefield screen that give R4/R5 members a quick overview of Guardians’ appointment status.
