What is the Party Time?

Party Time is a 1-hour long event where you compete against other players.
During the Party Time, players will be ranked by how many lightning bolts they have collected.
Lightning bolts can be collected by activating Light Balls in levels.
You can only collect lightning bolts from the levels you have beaten.
The player with the most lightning bolts at the end of 1 hour wins the rewards.
