- Tap Google Play Store.
- Tap Storage.
- First tap Clear Cache, then tap Clear Data.
- Tap OK.

Kindly note that the game data of our players is in-sync on all platforms, including Android, iOS, and web platforms. Consequentially, if you have played the latest game version on one platform, your game data will be synchronized to the latest version, and if you open the game on any other platform, the game version on that platform must be the latest as well! Otherwise, you will be asked to update the game.
