You may encountered connection issues, or you are playing an outdated version of Bingo Aloha. Here's our suggestion:

1. Make sure your Bingo Aloha is up to date. Please go to Play Store or App Store and search for Bingo Aloha to see if there is a new update.
2. Check your connection, restart your router, or switch to another network!
3. Turn your device off and back on (magically, this helps for the most of the time!).
