If you have not received a purchase or you are not sure of one specific order, you can always look at your purchase history.
Access your Google Pay
You can view a list of your purchases on the Google Play website: payments.google.com/payments/home
Please follow these steps:
1) Log in
Go to the Google Play website and log in with your Google account.
2) View purchases
After you're logged in, you will immediately see your purchase history. You can scroll down to look up older purchases. Tap on the purchase you want to check, and you will see detailed information.

2) Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases. You might be asked to sign in.
3) Tap on Purchase History.
Additional information
You will receive an email invoice every time a payment is deducted. Invoices will be sent approximately every $20 or 12 hours, whichever comes first. The email invoice will also display the order number.
