At level 13 you will be able to unlock the Building Area, on the Seaside farm at the left side of your Gallery Building. This area can be used to place your buildings such as the Warehouse, Cooking Stand, Kitchen, Seafood House, Beauty Shop, Greenhouses, etc. Expand the area to be able to place more buildings inside it.
