The Speed Feed is used with Royal Animals, it makes their production instant, so that you don't have to wait for it!

You can find it in the Shop, click the Consumables tab, then Materials: 



Once you have the Speed Feed, click your Royal Animals, and you will see the Speed Feed bag appear above them:
