1- Biography Quests can be accessed by clicking the icon in the top left of the game screen.

2- You will have 6 days to complete the quest once it is activated.

3- Chapter 1 of each NPC quest is free to do the first time.

1) If you don’t manage to finish Chapter 1 on time (6 days), you can spend 2 rubies to unlock it and redo the quest from the beginning.

2) If you don’t manage to finish Chapter 1 before Chapter 2 comes online, Chapter 1 will become free to unlock again from Monday to     Wednesday (indicated by timer) of the week when Chapter 2 comes online. You cannot start Chapter 2 until the Chapter 1 is finished.  

    3) After finishing Chapter 1 within the time limit of 6 days, then you can:

    A. Spend 2 rubies to unlock it once.

    B. Spend 3 rubies to unlock for a second time.

For each additional time unlocked, the cost will increase by 1 ruby.

    4) If you manage to finish Chapter 1 before Chapter 2 comes online, Chapter 2 is free to unlock from Monday to Wednesday (indicated by timer) of the week when Chapter 2 comes online. Afterwards, it will cost 2 rubies to unlock.

4- “Starting new chapter for free, at the beginning of the week”:

New chapter will be able to unlock for free from Monday to Wednesday (indicated by timer) of the week when it comes online (except for Chapter 1), but it doesn't mean new chapters are coming every week. So please be patient if there are no new chapters yet.

5- You will get Copper or Gold coins from completing the quests (please see the chart below). The rewards from redeeming Gold and Copper Coins are based on chance, and they will go directly to your inventory > pouch. (Click Reward button, then redeem Copper/Gold coins.)

6- Possible Reward: Please note, completing these quests does not guarantee winning these prizes. Completing the quests unlocks the items so that you have a chance to win them by redeeming Gold Coins.

Biography Quests are free to play ONLY if you have unlocked and haven't finished ANY previous Biography Quest of the character. For example, some of you see the “free” icon indicating that Merella quest is free to play, but it is actually ONLY if you have unlocked and haven't finished any of her Biography Quests before.
