There are a few possibilities. We will explain them here.  

The Coins or Sunstones will be coming later  
When you buy coins or sunstones, the payment is taken out of your account right away. However, they do not always land in your Happy Acres account promptly. It may take up to a few days.

You did not get Coins or Sunstones
If, a few days after your payment was made, you still did not get any coins nor sunstones, you can dispute the order. This is how you do that:

1. Go to your Facebook page, and click the little triangular icon in the top right corner of the page.
2. Click “Account Settings”.
3. In the next screen, on the left side, click “Facebook Pay”.
4. Click to open the “Activity” to check payment history. You will see your most recent purchases.
5. Find the order you did not really receive, and click to open the proof of acceptance.
6. It should say that you have bought coins or sunstones for the game.
7. Click “Dispute”. By doing this, you trigger a notification that is sent to us, saying you did pay money, but did not receive the order of coins or sunstones.
