If you apply to Facebook for a refund and our system is unable to recover all of your purchases, your account will be banned.

Please contact our customer service to unban your account and restore the value of the items we want to recover within 7 days. Please note that if we can't get back all the items that you were refunded within 7 days, then your account will be locked again.

If you purchased items but didn't received them, we suggest you contact our in-game Customer Support first to get the items, which can help avoid the issue.
