To unlock and use the Production Overview Tech, you need to do the following:
1. Upgrade your Cloud Lab to level 5.
2. Research all previous Techs until they reach level 1.
3. Research the Production Overview Tech until it reaches level 1.
4. From the Production Overview page, you can activate multiple machines at the same time. To do that, select the machines and products you want and then tap "Start Production".
5. To learn more about each Tech, tap the yellow exclamation mark.
