We’ve introduced a new feature Trade Voyage in the 8.0 version update. To access this feature, first reach level 30 and then head towards the sea near the Lab. Tap the old port and see what items are required to unlock it.

How to play

In the beginning you’ll have two cities that you can visit and trade in. In order to send your ship to a specific city, simply tap the desired city and trade the items from the first row, and your ship will start its voyage. Note that there are three rows in the Trading House of each city, and lower ones might require certain city-specific goods that can only be obtained by trading in one particular city. This means you don’t have to finish all three rows every time; you just can relax and keep trading, and you’ll gain such items in good time.

After you first get city-specific goods as a trading reward, make sure to tap the Voyage Log icon on the right and collect your reward.

It takes a bit of time for your ship to finish the voyage. You can monitor the progress by checking the timer above the ship while it’s sailing but otherwise you’ll need some patience. Once your ship has arrived at its destination, you’ll be able to resume trading.

Trading will give you Maritime Coins. Use them to unlock the cabins of your ship and purchase furniture for the ship from the Maritime Merchant as well as cute city avatars. 

Tap the ship itself or the icon with a ship and a brush on the left, then an unlocked cabin to start furnishing it. Adding furniture to cabins gives you Cabin Points which are needed to unlock more cabins.

Want to explore more cities? You can tap any city that’s grayed out to check its unlocking requirements, i.e. how many Maritime Coins you’ll need and how many Trade Voyages you’ll need to have made. 

Purposes of the activity

- To unlock and trade with different cities, each offering unique items that represent their respective local culture

- To engage in frequent trade to maximize your Maritime Coins earnings and then use the Coins to buy charming avatars for your profile and beautiful furniture for your ship

- To get more resources for your farm, such as Power, OP and other useful items, throughout the activity.
