Here’s how to get your lost farm back:
1. Start a new chat with our support team.
2. Select "Lost Farm".
3. Here you will be asked to try logging back into your farm using your bound Facebook/Google Play/Game Center account. If you are not able to do this, please select "No".
4. Tap the link that will appear in the conversation and fill in all of the requested information for us to be able to verify the farm ownership. Please don't forget to input the new farm (the one you have now and don’t want) ID as well.
5. After you have submitted the form, please wait for our reply. We will process your transfer request as soon as possible.
6. If you can't remember the lost farm ID, please send us another message about it in the chat. We will try to help you using other methods.
