If you have bound your farm to a Facebook/Google Play/Game Center account, you can play the game on multiple devices. By simply logging in with your account, you can play on the same farm. Please check the previous article to see how to bind.

If you lost your farm because you didn’t bind your farm to the above accounts, don’t worry - we just need the following info before we can transfer your old farm to a new one:

Farm IDs of your previous farm (the farm you want to keep) and new farm
RC number of previous farm
Farm level of previous farm
Farm name of previous farm
Payment receipts of payments you made on previous farm
Names of pets of previous farm
Other private information that can prove you are the owner of previous farm

Kindly note that after the transfer, all the data of your new farm will disappear and cannot be restored.
