Get the Flea Market and E-Mart buildings as reward for unlocking the 3rd plot of your Building Area, and start trading! Your farm needs to be at Level 15 to unlock these markets.

 

Trade your fresh farm products with neighboring farmers. If you sell to a specific amount of customers you get a Gift Bag. The amount of customers and the Gift Bag content depends on your level.

 

Tap on the Boxes to add farm products and set your price.

You can advertise your products in the E-Mart by tapping the “OP icon” as shown in the picture below. By doing so, not only your neighbors, but players from all over the world will be able to see and buy your products.

You can change an item's price, remove a product or advertise it in the E-Mart at any time. Just tap on the box and make the necessary adjustments.

Tap the Avatar in the bottom-right corner to visit other neighbors’ markets and purchase the products you need.

 

You can sell rare products in the Flea Market. Tap on the 3rd tab of the Flea Market and sell your products for TC.

 

Tap on the empty slot and a new panel will appear for you to start adding the rare products.

Set your quantity and price and remember you will have to pay a Stall Fee to add your items to the Flea Market. Stall Fee is set at 500 coins per product.

Each product will have a maximum amount you can sell and the price can be set from -50% to +200% in profit.

 

You can also check the price other players have currently set for the same item at the top part of the panel.

If you decide to sell your products in E-mart, you will be charged a Tax. After the products are sold, the Tax will be deducted from your income automatically.

 

The Flea Market has a second tab with a Lucky Wheel Token icon. In this tab you can find the items you have shared with your Buddies and Neighbors in the Lucky Wheel. When visiting your Buddies and neighbors, you can purchase the Lucky Wheel items they have shared in the Flea Market.

 

 

In the E-Mart you can purchase the advertised products from players all over the world. On the right side of the panel you’ll see which farmer placed the advertisement. You can visit their farm and add them as neighbors. Every day you will have times to refresh the advertisements for free or by buying.

 

You can also purchase rare products such as Lab Crops, Lab Fruits, Materials, Stove House dishes, and also Pet Equipment from the E-mart.

Tap on the items to check if there’s any availability to be purchased.
