Clear game data and cache
If you are unable to load the game on your Kindle, please try to clear the game data and cache on your Kindle. Don't worry, you won't lose your farm. Please follow the steps below.

Kindle devices
1) Swipe down on your home screen
2) Tap on "More"

3) Tap on Applications

4) Tap on Installed Applications

5) Tap on FamilyFarm

6) Tap on Clear Data and Clear Cache


Fully close the app
If you have cleared the game data and cache and you are still unable to play the game, please try to fully close the app and restart it. Please follow the steps below.

Kindle devices
1) Swipe down on your home screen
2) Tap on "More"
3) Tap on Applications
4) Tap on Installed Applications
5) Tap on FamilyFarm
6) Tap on Force Stop


Remove and redownload the game
If you have tried all of the above and you are still unable to play the game, please remove the app completely and then download it from the Amazon Appstore. Before removing the game, write down your farm ID.

Kindle devices
1) Swipe down on your home screen
2) Tap on "More"
3) Tap on Applications
4) Tap on Installed Applications
5) Tap on FamilyFarm
6) Tap on Uninstall
