Clear game data and cache
If you are unable to load the game on your Android device, please try to clear the game data and cache on your Android device. Don't worry, you won't lose your farm. Please follow the steps below.

Android devices
1) On the Android Home Screen, tap Settings
2) Tap on Apps
3) Tap on FamilyFarm
4) Tap on Storage, then on Clear data and Clear cache

5) After you hit the Clear data Button, you will be presented with following confirmation message:
6) After you have cleared the data and the cache, please try to start the game again.

Fully close the app
If you have cleared the game data and cache and you are still unable to play the game, please try to fully close the app and restart it. Please follow the steps below.

Android devices
1) On the Android Home Screen, tap Settings
2) Tap on Apps
3) Tap on FamilyFarm
4) Tap on Force stop
Tap OK to confirm the force stop.

Remove and redownload the game
If you have tried all of the above and you are still unable to play the game, please remove the app completely and then download it from the Google Play Store. Before removing the game, write down your farm ID.

Android devices
1) On the Android Home Screen, tap Settings
2) Tap on Apps
3) Tap on FamilyFarm
4) Tap on Uninstall
Tap OK to confirm the uninstall.
After the game has been removed, go to the Google Play Store, download the game and try again. Link to the official app on Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.funplus.familyfarm
