Stay in touch with your best buddies and neighbors! Use chat to communicate!
Chat is unlocked at level 8 and can be access by tapping on the chat icon located beside the barn icon in your game.
There are 4 tabs on the side of the Chat feature: Newsfeed, Community Chat, Chat and My Posts.
Newsfeed
The Newsfeed shows all of your and neighbors’ statuses and requests:
1. Request
Ask mission requests and building/machine material etc will go directly to the Newsfeed. When you help with your neighbor’s request, you will get 1 EXP and 10 coins for each request! You can also tap ‘Send All’ to send and complete all of your neighbors' requests.
2. Status
You can write your Status in the text field above the panel.
You can also LIKE a status from your neighbor by tapping on the thumb icon.
If you want to remove any of your statuses, you can simply long click the post and tap ‘-’
Note: The amount of posts that you can make are limited, You can check this by tapping on the ‘i’ icon here.
Community Chat
The Community Chat is a space where you and members of your community can communicate, check community's status, help each other with Coffee House tasks and Penny's riddles, draw a reward from a gachapon and so on. This feature will unlock at level 26.
Community Chat also has a Blacklist option - you can add any member of your community in the Blacklist, and you won't see messages from this player in the Community Chat anymore.
Chat
Here you can talk with your buddies and neighbors in person. Simply tap the ‘Start a New Chat’ button and choose which neighbor, buddy or acquaintance you want to chat with.
My Posts
This tab will show you all of the statuses and ask requests that you have posted.
Chat Settings
The little blue cog in the upper right corner of the chat window opens chat settings. There are 2 tabs - Switch and Blacklist.
The Switch tab contains chat settings. Here you can manage your notification settings, auto-translation and block your private chat.
The Blacklist tab is a list of your community members that was blocked from your Community Chat. You can tap the "Delete" button near a farm name to remove this farmer from the Blacklist and see his or her messages in the Community Chat again.
