You can only send free gift coins to your neighbors after they have fulfilled one of your gift requests. Coins will go to the neighbor's yellow envelope automatically once you collect the gift from your yellow envelope. There is no other way to send out free gift coins.

There will always be 5 gift coins you send out. Gift coins are not deducted from your own account and are a way to thank your neighbor for sending you a requested gift.
