At level 9 you will be able to unlock the Building Area at the left side of your farm.
This area can be used to place your buildings such as the Warehouse, Cooking Stand, Kitchen, Seafood House, Beauty Shop etc. Expand the area to be able to place more buildings inside it.
However please note that the list of items you can place on the Building Area is limited - tap the sign with a question mark on it to check the list of buildings you can place here.
