Policy
We can only help you if you have purchased something in game and have not received the item. We do our best to make the game run as smooth as possible, but we can't take responsibility for players who accidentally tap in the wrong spot at the wrong time.
Our policy is to help players who fall victim to bugs and glitches (things for which the developer is to blame), at any and all time. If you would like to try and contact your App Store provider to try and get a refund, here are some tips below.

Apple
According to Apple's official policy, you can’t get the refund if your purchase was successful. However, if you want to apply for a refund, this is done through the Apple Store.
  1. Open iTunes and select the iTunes Store link in the left-hand column
  2. At the top left corner, click on your username (email address) and then select Account
  3. About half way down the screen, in the Purchase History section, click on see all
  4. At the bottom of the screen, you will see your App Store purchase history, click the "Report a Problem" button
  5. Locate the iTunes invoice with the application you would like a refund for and click the "Report a Problem" link. If the app was bought a while ago, locate it in the Previous Purchases section and click on the expand arrow to bring up the "Report a Problem" link
Fill out the form that follows in as much detail as possible. If your reason for requesting a refund is valid by Apple standards, they should respond within a few days and process your refund within a week. For more information, please contact Apple here: Contact Apple .
