If you have not received a purchase or are unsure of one specific order, you can always look at your purchase history.
Access your Google Pay
You can view a list of your purchases on the Google Play website: https://pay.google.com/payments/home
Please follow these steps:
1) Log in
Go to the Google Play website and log in with your Google account.
2) View purchases
After logging in, you will immediately see your purchase history. You can scroll down to look up older purchases. Tap on the purchase you want to check, and you will see detailed information.

2) Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases. You might need to sign in.
3) Tap Purchase History.

You will receive an invoice by email for every purchase. Invoices will be sent approximately for every $20 or 12 hours, whichever comes first. The invoice email will also display the order number.
