If you are not a test user and your account has been removed after playing for some time, please confirm as follows:
1. Have you reset your account by choosing Settings > Reset Account?
2. Try to uninstall the game completely and reinstall it. Login using your bound account.
3. If the above two steps fail to solve the problem, please contact our customer service and provide relevant account proof. We will try to retrieve your account manually.
