All of our payments are dealt with by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We are unauthorized to perform purchase cancellations/refunds. Please contact the corresponding app store if you wish to request a refund.

If there is an abnormal amount of refunds associated with your game, you may receive in-game warnings and potentially face a ban from our game.
