Why can’t I share my Witch Houses?

Only high level Witch Houses can be shared Such as the Veteran Witch House or Candy Witch House.

Why does my Town looks like a Pumpkin/Pumpkin Witch on the world map? What's with the purple special effect?

Disguise Wands can change the appearance of your Town or other Governors' Towns. The purple special effect is the Halloween Disguise Shield.
