Why can’t I use my Hero Shards for an exchange?
Only the excessive Shards of a Hero at max level can be used for an exchange.

Can I use my remaining Trading Vouchers for the next instance of the event?
Trading Vouchers do not have an expiry date and can be used when the event is available again.
