Swordland Summit League has five phases: Preview Phase, League Sign-Up, Part 1, Part 2, and Display Phase.

1. Preview Phase: The preview runs for 2 days on Friday and Saturday, one week before the event starts.

Each Zone can hold up to 192 Legions.

If fewer than 16 Legions sign up, the Swordland Summit League won't be held in that Zone.

2. League Sign-Up Phase: From Sunday to Friday before the event starts, divided into the Voting Phase, Sign-Up Phase, and Matchmaking Phase.

2.1 Voting Phase: Voting runs on the Sunday one week before event sign-up opens and the following Monday. Alliance members can choose from 5 time slots: 02:00, 07:00, 12:00, 14:00, and 19:00 UTC. Voting results are only a reference for alliance management during sign-up and are not final.

Alliance members can choose from 5 battle time slots in UTC: 02:00 / 07:00 / 12:00 / 14:00 / 19:00.

The voting result is not final; it serves only as a reference for alliance management.

2.2 Sign-Up Phase: Sign-up runs from Tuesday to Thursday during the first week after the event opens.

Alliance requirements: Any alliance can sign up.

The number of registered Legions in a Zone decides which Tiers open:

16+ Legions: Royal Tier

128+ Legions: Royal and Master Tiers

192+ Legions: Royal, Master, and Diamond Tiers

The system assigns each Legion to a Tier based on its pre-event Legion Squad Power ranking.

A Zone needs at least 16 registered Legions by the end of the Sign-Up Phase to hold the Swordland Summit League.

Alliance Leaders and R4s can register for up to 2 Legions per alliance.

Each Legion has its own Combatant/Substitute list that becomes final when the Sign-Up Phase ends.

Legion 2 unlocks when the alliance reaches Lv. 6 or higher and alliance members reach 40 total logins during the first week after the event opens.

Governors must have a Town Center of Lv. 16 or higher and must not have been offline for more than 5 days before being assigned.

Only Combatants and Substitutes can enter the [Swordland Summit League] battlefield. The Combatant and Substitute lists lock when the Sign-Up Phase ends and cannot be changed for the rest of the League.

An alliance cannot disband between the end of the Sign-Up Phase and the end of the League if any of its Legions have qualified. The alliance can disband only after all of its Legions have completed the League.

Participating alliances must choose 3 of the 5 battle time slots. The system sets the battle start time based on the time slots selected by both sides. Battle time slots lock when the Sign-Up Phase ends and cannot be changed for the rest of the League.

2.3 Matchmaking Phase: Matchmaking takes place on Friday of the first week after the event opens.

3. Part 1: Part 1 runs from Saturday of Week 1 to Sunday of Week 4. It includes 4 Qualifier rounds and the first 3 Points Battle rounds.

4. Part 2: Part 2 runs from Monday of Week 5 to Sunday of Week 6. It includes 3 Championship rounds and the last 2 Points Battle rounds.

5. Display Phase: The Display Phase runs from Monday to Sunday of Week 7.
