Cigars are one of the most useful resources in the game that are used primarily for upgrading capos.

Cigars can be acquired several ways in-game:
- From finishing missions.
- From the helicopter that can occasionally be found flying over the city

- From the Bounty List.
- From Cigar Fights.
- From the Jailbreak Store.

- From betting in Fight Club.
- From some Arena rewards.
- From Login Calendar.

- From certain events.

Tip: get the Mafia Club Membership and you can skip watching the helicopter videos but still get the Cigars.
