If the button in the video panel says "Not Available", it means there are no ads available for you at the moment. You can wait and try again later, but there is no guarantee a video will be available the next time. It is possible not many videos are available in your region. In some cases a bad internet connection was causing issues, so make sure you have a stable internet connection.
