Our customer support can help you transfer your game from one device to another if your account is linked with a third-party account. In order for us to do that, please send all the information below.
For your old game:
- The Game ID (8-10 digits)
- The rank
- Last login date
- The device you play on
- The receipt screenshots for real money purchases you might have made in the game
- Third-party account information (email)
For the new game (the one you don't wish to play):
- The Game ID (8-10 digits)
- The rank
- Third-party account information (email)
You can find your game ID in the settings. Tap your avatar in the top left corner, then the Settings button and check the top of the Settings panel. To contact our customer support, please check "How to contact us" in FAQ.
